Clinical Support begins at customizing your formulary beyond the standard to meet the need of your individual hospice. We will work closely with you and your medical director to select the drugs best fit for you and create an easy to follow protocol for your staff. We will be available for education and presentations to cover topics such as pain management, wound management, compound solutions, drug shortages, pricing, and more.
Our pharmacy is available 24/7 and 365 days a year for placing orders for delivery and consulting on medication therapy.
Our pharmacists will be present in IDG as part of your team, either in person or remotely, to monitor the bill bi-weekly and consult on necessary changes to improve outcomes and decrease waste.
